Working Principle of Road Shot Blasting Machine
To use mechanical centrifugal force to project steel shots onto the working surface at high speed and a fixed angle. The impact of the steel shots removes surface laitance, impurities, and old coatings, and forms a uniform rough surface. Inside the equipment, the dust collection system generates negative pressure to separate and recycle steel shots and impurities through air – flow cleaning. Reusable steel shots are recycled, and dust and impurities are collected by the dust collector. The whole construction process is closed and dust – free, which improves construction efficiency while meeting environmental protection requirements.
